Physical items such as documentation kits may be purchased and shipped to the address you provide.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, digital resources, and goods must be settled before confirmation. Payments are processed securely.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Notary Appointment Services

Appointment bookings are non-refundable due to reserved time slots and professional arrangements. Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled time via the contact form. If a service provider is unavailable, a full credit will be issued within 14 days of the original appointment date.

5.2 Information Products

Clients may request a full credit within 30 days of purchase if digital resources remain unused and no materials have been downloaded or accessed. Credits will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Unused goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery for a credit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Credits will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the shipped items.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

To reschedule a service, submit a request at least 24 hours before the appointment via the contact form. Cancellation requests after this period or no-shows may not be honored.
